A BIT ABOUT ME
I was born in Duncan B.C. during the second world war and spent the next fifteen years traveling with my family from one construction site to another. As I was an only child this developed a self reliant introspective personality that I have been cultivating for the past several decades. My life has been enriched for the last four decades by my wife Hazel and our four children Katy, Erik, Rachel, and Colin as we shared successes, failures, joys and sorrows that came our way out of the misty blue. I have been a construction worker, telephone lineman, rail line worker, pipe liner, taxi driver, prospector, direct sales person, physics teacher, market gardener, and now I am exploring my creative side with artistic woodturning and photography.
My heart lies in the Boreal Forest region of Saskatchewan where I have resided at Nipawin since nineteen seventy one. The laughing streams, silent forests, camouflaged wildlife, and echoing storms have inspired me to express my joy of living in this awesome environment.
